Congress set to pass private jet fuel tax hike

My question to these morons is how do they plan on distinguishing at the pump between JET-A pumped into say a twin Otter or Pilatus Porter cargo plane and Jet-A pumped into a Cessna Citation “business jet”?
This places a much greater book keeping burden on the FBO operators at smaller airports. In the past they never had to care about what sort of airplane the fuel was being pumped into.
This is like saying there will be different tax rates for gas pumped into a Hybrid versus an SUV.
